You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we willl provide you details for return shipping

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If it is Cash On Delivery then the amount will be transferred to a bank or to Jazz Cash/ Easy Paisa
